Jay Allen is the co-managing member and co-founder of Robinson & Allen, PLC, a Mesa, Arizona law firm, where he has practiced for more than 20 years.
Jay is primarily devoted to representing clients in matters involving (i) business entity formation, (ii) business transaction counseling; (iii) business succession planning, including the sale of businesses, (iii) real estate transactions, including the sale and leasing of real property, (iv) contract review and drafting, (v) estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, family limited partnerships and similar planning vehicles, and (vi) probate and trust administration.
Jay was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona where he still lives with his wife, Lori. Together, they have children and seven grandchildren.
